Village Bell

About Us
This website is maintained by the Upper Beaconsfield Association - a township committee and public forum for local issues. Our goals are to monitor local development and facilitate interaction between the community and the Shire of Cardinia. The UBA meets monthly, alternating between general or public meetings, which often feature a guest speaker, and closed committee meetings. The UBA also publishes the "Village Bell" quarterly, runs the annual Carols by Candlelight and presents the annual "Citizen of the Year" award. Meetings are held at the Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre.


General meetings of the UBA (open to the public) are held on the first Wednesday of alternate months at 8pm at the Community Complex. For 2010, the dates are:
Wednesday 7th April
Wednesday 2nd June
Wednesday 4th August  (7.30 start)
Wednesday 6th October
Wednesday 1st December
